HOME Consortium

 
 

In the interest of enhancing resident participation, the City of Boulder and the Boulder/ Broomfield Regional Consortium request comments on their Draft 2012 Consolidated Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) programs for the period Dec. 28, 2011 through Jan. 26, 2012. The action plan describes proposed spending of federal funds directed to the consortium and consortium members, local funds and other public and private funding, identifies the unique programs and characteristics of each consortium community and details the housing and community development programs and policies for the region as a whole.

 

The City of Boulder will hold two public hearings:
Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, 5 to 6 pm
Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, 12 to 1 pm

The draft action plan will be available for public review at the City of Boulder Department of Housing and Human Services, this website and also here:

Copies of the action plan will be made available upon request and are free of charge. The document is also available for non-English speaking and disabled persons. Per Federal requirements, the public will have 30 days in which to comment on the action plan before it is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All comments received in writing will be responded to in writing and will be included in the action plan for its submission to HUD.

 

Written comments must be received by the City of Boulder on or before close of business on Jan. 26, 2012.
